We know planning a wedding or corporate event brings plenty of questions. Below you’ll find the ones we’re asked most often, covering everything from guest numbers to bespoke menus and nationwide catering.

What types of events do you cater for?

Anything and everything!

Weddings are a huge part of what we do, from relaxed marquee celebrations to luxury barn and estate weddings. Corporate catering is another key service, including boardroom dining, brand launches, award ceremonies and large-scale hospitality.

We also provide:

  • Private party catering for milestone birthdays and anniversaries
  • Crew catering for film and production teams
  • Match-day hospitality, including our partnership with Worcestershire County Cricket Club
  • Wine tasting evenings and experiential events
  • Large corporate celebrations and gala dinners

If there’s food involved, we’re interested.

How many guests can you cater for?

We’re just as comfortable feeding 40 guests at private event as we are delivering award evenings for 400+ guests.

Recent events have included:

  • Large corporate award nights for over 400 attendees
  • High-volume match-day hospitality
  • Luxury weddings with 150–200 guests
  • Smaller private dining experiences for 40–50 guests

Our team structure, kitchen build capability and service model allow us to scale confidently while keeping our standards high.

Can you cater at our venue or marquee?

Absolutely. We regularly build temporary kitchens in marquee settings and work seamlessly inside established venues and private estates. Planning, equipment, staffing and timing are all handled in-house.

We’ve catered in rural fields, cricket grounds, historic venues and contemporary corporate spaces.

Do you offer set menus or bespoke options?

We have available sample menus to give you a feel for our style and pricing. These include wedding breakfast menus, corporate lunches, street food options and grazing concepts.

That said, most of what we create is totally bespoke to what you want.

Couples looking to get married often build their own wedding menus featuring canapés, sharing starters, plated main courses, big pan evening food or street food stations. Whereas, corporate clients might choose a vibrant grazing table, balanced healthy lunch bowls, fine dining courses or branded hospitality menus.

You can choose from our signature Paisley specialties such as our 16-hour smoked brisket, seasonal burrata starters, Santa Maria grilled chicken, fresh herb salads, loaded dessert tables or late-night pizza and doughnuts.

We’ll shape everything around your event, your guests and your budget.

We are based in Worcestershire and cater nationwide.

Corporate brands regularly bring us to Manchester for large-scale events and hospitality. Weddings have taken us across the Cotswolds, Cheshire, the West Midlands and beyond.

How long have you been catering?

Paisley Flour Catering was founded over 13 years ago by Emma Passey. Her dream was to create luxury catering that feels personal, stylish and genuinely well looked after.

What started as a passion has grown into a trusted catering company delivering weddings, corporate hospitality and large-scale events across the UK.

Along the way, we opened our own restaurant and event space, Paisley at 106, giving us a permanent home base and creative space. It’s where our menus are tested, ideas come together and couples meet our team before their big day.
