Wedding Co-ordinator
Maternity cover
We’re looking for a Wedding Coordinator to join our team on a maternity cover basis.
This is a hands-on role working closely with couples in the lead up to their wedding, as well as supporting and managing the catering side on the day itself. You’ll be responsible for keeping plans organised, communicating clearly and making sure everything comes together as it should.
It’s a role that suits someone who is confident managing multiple events, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to stay calm under pressure. You’ll also need to be personable, detail-focused and genuinely enjoy working with people.

- Warm, approachable and confident with clients
- Passionate about weddings, food and creating great experiences
- Able to manage multiple events and timelines
- A team player who is happy to get stuck in

Paisley Flour consistently delivers fantastic food and service for both business and private events. We’ve used them several times for business lunches and hosted events, and the quality is always exceptional.
They are actually our only choice for business catering now. They catered our 30th business anniversary celebration, and the food was absolutely unbelievable beautifully presented and enjoyed by everyone attending.
The Christmas party food they provided was also incredible. Everything looked amazing and tasted just as good, with presentation that really elevated the whole event.
The team are always welcoming, professional and reliable, which makes organising events completely stress-free. If you’re looking for high-quality catering for business lunches or private events, I would highly recommend Paisley Flour

We booked Paisley Flour for our autumn 2025 wedding and everything was exceptional. Olivia was fantastic to work with in the planning process. She was very responsive and extremely helpful, along with the talented chefs, in building our bespoke menu and accommodating numerous dietary requirements. Emma was present for our tastings and wedding day and she was truly amazing! The care and passion that she and her team put into everything really showed. The staff were brilliant and all the food was delicious. The décor for staging and serving were beautiful and carefully considered to match our theme. They went above and beyond and we would highly recommend. Thank you, Emma and team!

Paisley Flour is an absolute gem. I went there with my wife and a friends and we had such a brilliant evening from start to finish. The food was properly outstanding, every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. You can tell a lot of care and talent goes into what they serve. Don't get me started on the Sticky Toffee Pudding as that could be a 100 word review on its own (this might be my favourite thing in the world right now)
The atmosphere is just as special. It’s warm, lively, and genuinely convivial, with fantastic live entertainment that adds a real spark to the whole experience without overpowering the night. It’s the sort of place where you instantly relax and settle in for a great time.

We had the most delicious food and exceptional service! Emma and Olivia have created a lovely restaurant and dining experience. I booked their food truck for a summer garden party. They visited my house to discuss the menu and our requirements and gave us menu and meal suggestions. The food truck arrived a couple of hours before our party to set up and to organise things. The food was delicious and all of the guests enjoyed it and commented about it. A perfect day was had by all. So, thank you Paisley Flour for making the day special.

Ordered a buffet for 25 people to be delivered for a surprise 50th birthday for my wife. Food was absolutely fantastic and very generous portions. Delivery was absolutely spot on and at the exact time I requested to allow me to get everything setup for the surprise while my wife was out the house. From initial contact, picking the menu, arranging delivery and the quality of the food everything was 5 stars.

Lovely little hidden gem! We went in for brunch today and it was delicious, dog friendly and the staff were all lovely. They do Sunday dinners that sound banging too so we will definitely be back!! Pic is of the hash browns 🤤

I can't praise Paisley Flour Catering enough—superb from start to finish. We hired them for a weekend party, with breakfast two mornings and dinner, as well as mulled wine and roasted chestnuts for our Christmas fair themed event. The two brunches they provided were nothing short of spectacular. The bowl food and pancakes were absolutely perfect, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout. Everything exceeded expectations, and I honestly couldn't fault a single thing. Highly recommended!

My partner and I went for a Sunday roast dinner with my 2 month old baby. We were seated at a table which had plenty of room for the pram. The staff were kind, very helpful and attentive. The venue was absolutely stunning and the food.... well... it was incredible! One of the best Sunday roasts I've ever had and was presented beautifully! There was so much of it that we got to take what we didn't eat home, which was kindly boxed up for us.
We also attended their Christmas Carol event which was fabulous! The atmosphere was wonderful and the mince pies and Christmas baguettes were delicious!

We used Paisley Flour Catering for a corporate catering buffet for 60 people today and we were really pleased with the selection and volume of food provided, there were lots of happy colleagues and many compliments on how nice the mix of options was and how delicious the food was. Paisley Flour catered our wedding in September 2024 and we can't sing them enough praise! As both myself and wife are vegetarian we wanted a vegetarian menu, and Paisley Flour had loads of options - we were spoilt for choice! We were intally presented with a comprehensive menu of options, and we sampled a few dishes at their kitchen and found it all amazing. The kitchen also had all their crockery on display which allowed us to also work out the presentation and table lay up. After sampling and making our choices, Paisley Flour were extremely professional, making sure to note how we wanted things served on the day. Up to our wedding they were always in touch and working with us, and on the day all our guests commented that this was some of the best wedding food they've had. We can't recommend these guys enough - thanks for everything! 😍

They catered my sisters wedding for the full weekend and it was absolutely delicious, as well as the food the service of the staff was outstanding nothing was too much. They even joined in the karaoke on the Sunday!

Paisley flour recently catered our 3-day wedding in Garthmyl hall. Each day we had a different menu and each day was better than the last.
The food and the presentation was incredible and made even better by the lovely team of Emma, Andy, Karen and their front of house teams who contributed to our joyous weekend. Food is really important to my family, so we had to pick our weekend cater carefully. Paisley absolutely delivered and all anyone was talking about all weekend and since then was how great the food was.
The weekend culminated with the Paisley team getting involved in our party and getting on the karaoke! They were a pleasure to work with and to be a part of our wedding.

We had oriental food aboard the Severn valley. It was nice, however, it didn’t match the menu we had booked. There were no spring rolls and no prawn crackers at all which was disappointing as that’s what we had booked. £50 pp for the experience was very over-priced! Also wine by the glass was £7.50 which came as a tiny little plastic cup. For that money, a real glass might have been nice or at least more wine. Staff were nice and efficient.

Having attended 3 different events, brownie making workshop, graze board workshop and wreath making, every time a fantastic experience, welcomed by all staff, great demos lots of fab tips and amazing food too! What’s not to like. If you are looking for a team building exercise, a treat for yourself friends or family, then look no further . Best bit is getting to take your treats home afterwards. The gift that keeps giving
