We are excited to announce that we are opening up a couple of new position here at Paisley Flour.
Due to continued growth, we have the following position available:

CHEF 

Start Date: Now
Application Close Date: 30th March 2023

✦ Full time
✦ ££ – Salary based on experience
✦ Hours – 5 days a week (to include weekends and some evenings)

Hours vary Seasonally – usually in the winter it will be Mon – Fri 9 – 5 with weekend and evening work occasionally, however with business growing this could become more frequent.

Summer – usually every hour the good man sends!!!!

Details:
This is not a position which is a taken light-heartedly, we are fast-paced company and things often change by the day (or usually hour!!). We require someone that has stamina & a love for the hospitality industry (especially outside catering). This part of the industry is definitely no easier than running a busy restaurant kitchen in service – in fact it’s a damn site harder!. You literally build a kitchen everywhere you go, get used to muddy boots, walking through muddy fields, and setting up a kitchen in a tent in the middle of a field, no running water or Power (Sometimes!!! Lol)..
Equally, when you get the luxury house, venue & the sun is shining – wow!!! The rewards are endless!! Not forgetting those VIP Clients!

Experience in events and wedding catering is not essential, however, it would help in this position, at least knowing what you’re set up for.
